Modern matchstick modelling commenced in the early 1970's when construction was simplified by using pre-cut formers onto which match splints could be glued.

Finished models can be enhanced by applying varnish.

These mark a new development in the art of matchstick modelling. You have a set of paper plans which are placed underneath the protective clear sheet on the building board and assemble microbeams. When all sub assemblies have been constructed they are simply joined together to complete the masterpiece!

Each kit contains everything you need to complete the kit - Microbeams (Matchsticks), Cutter, Assembly Board, Plans, Glue and Tweezers.
