| Making A PurchaseMaking a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. The required method of payment is by credit card. If you are shopping from outside the UK your credit card company will convert the transaction into your own currency. To assist our many US customers we have indicated the price in US$ as well as sterling(£ or GBP). This must be taken as a guide only. The figure is based on an exchange rate of $1.95 = £1. Exchange rates do fluctuate!We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and, from within the UK, Maestro and Solo also. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information with your Order via phone, fax, or snail mail if you do not wish to send this over the Internet. | Shipping And Handling1. For Orders from within the UK - £2.50 for one item, £3.50 for two items, £4.50 for three and £5.50 for four items and thereafter 50p for each additional item.2. For Orders from elsewhere within Europe - £4.00 for one item, £6.50 for two items, £9.00 for three items, £11.00 for four items and £13.00 for five items and thereafter 50p for each additional item.3. For Orders from outside the UK and Europe - £4.25 for one item, £7.75 for two items, £11.25 for three items, £14.50 for four items and £17.75 for five items and thereafter 50p for each additional item. itemIMPORTANT NOTESWherever possible, goods will be despatched by First Class Mail to UK Customers and by Airmail to those overseas. However, where items are heavy, Standard Parcelforce will be used for UK Customers and surface mail for those overseas. Parcelforce and surface mail will always be used for items marked * and the shipping charge per item will be £4.95 (£6.20 for overseas customers). Shipping charges on the Invoice will be adjusted accordingly. At our discretion, we may waive this on all or any items so marked. S & H charges to a delivery address within the EU are subject to VAT at 17.50%. |
| Delivery ScheduleWe aim to despatch orders within 3 working days of receipt . If for any reason we are unable to do so we will advise you of the anticipated despatch date. Where, exceptionally, we are unable to adhere to the 3 day despatch schedule a message will be displayed advising when despatch will take place. |

| Tax ChargesThe prices are shown including VAT at 17.50% which is payable on all orders made from within the UK or the European Union. All orders from elsewhere are VAT free (unless to an EU destination) and, in these cases, you should check the exempt button to ensure that VAT is deducted. Do not worry if you forget.
